Three of Sutter's senior public finance banking
professionals, Frank Soriano, Ash Wood, and Michael George
have more than 100
years of combined experience in public finance. Two were senior officers at
PaineWebber (and its predecessor firms) before co-founding Sutter, and one was a
senior officer at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. The firm's senior corporate
finance professionals, Robert A. Muh, Gilbert E. Matthews, Ray Aronson, Fredric Selinger,
and Michael Jacks have more than 175 years of combined
experience as investment bankers. Sutter's principals have been directly
responsible for the combined origination of more than $15 billion of
fixed-income and equity issues during their careers. Joseph M. DuCote oversees
the firm's trading and sales effort. Joe has more than 30 years of fixed income
experience, provides the insight and innovation required to successfully
complete transactions advantageous to the firm's clients in today's highly
competitive financial environment. Gilbert Matthews, the head of the firm’s
litigation support practice, has over 40 years of industry experience and has
had responsibility for over 1000 fairness opinions. Ray Aronson has over 30 years of experience and is one of the industry's most experienced
professionals in all phases of securities processing, clearing, and regulatory
requirements. Robert Muh has been the advisor to the debtor in possession
or the creditors in numerous bankruptcy cases and he has extensive experience in
all phases of mergers, public offerings, and private placements.
